1.1 Fashion Products:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

1.2 Talent Bookings & Live Shows:

• Talent booking cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the event.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Live show tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.
• If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Fashion Products:

• We accept returns and refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

2.2 Talent Bookings & Live Shows:

• Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• No refunds for missed events or no-shows.
• In case of event cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only applicable for fashion products in case of size or defect issues.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be in original condition and packaging.
